These terms apply to every order placed on redkitlabs.com. By placing an order you accept them. If you buy as a consumer, nothing in these terms affects the rights the law of your country gives you.
1. Who you are buying from
The seller is [legal: to confirm], registered in [country: to confirm] under number [reg: to confirm], VAT number [vat: to confirm], at [address: to confirm]. Contact: support@redkitlabs.com.
2. Products and lawful use
Our products are tools for authorised security testing, research and education. By ordering you agree to use them only as described in our lawful use policy, and you confirm that you may buy, import and use them where they will be delivered. Some products are only sold to verified organisations, as described on our restricted products page.
Product descriptions, specifications and images come from the manufacturer or from our own testing. We try to keep them accurate, but manufacturers sometimes change products without notice. If a product you receive differs from its description in a way that matters to you, you can return it as described in our returns policy.
3. Prices, currency and taxes
Prices are shown in US dollars or euros, depending on the currency you choose. You pay in the currency shown at checkout. Applicable VAT or sales tax is calculated at checkout from the delivery address and shown before you pay. Import duties for deliveries to other countries are explained in our shipping policy.
If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after we have confirmed it.
4. How a contract is formed
When you place an order, we send an email confirming that we received it. The contract is formed when we send a second email confirming that the order has been dispatched. Until then, we may cancel the order, for example if a product is out of stock, if the order fails export or sanctions checks, or if we cannot verify a buyer of a restricted product. If we cancel, we refund any payment in full.
5. Payment
Payment is taken when you place the order, using the methods shown at checkout. Business customers with an approved account may pay by invoice on the terms agreed in their quote.
6. Delivery and risk
Delivery times and costs are explained in our shipping policy. Products are your responsibility from the time they are delivered to you or to someone you nominate. Ownership passes to you when we have received full payment.
7. Cancellation, returns and warranty
Your rights to cancel and return products, and the warranty that applies, are set out in our returns and warranty policy.
8. Software and firmware
Many products run firmware or software made by the manufacturer or by open-source projects. That software is licensed to you by its authors under their own licence terms, not by us. Firmware you install that the manufacturer has not supplied or approved can void the warranty.
9. Our liability
We are responsible for losses you suffer that are a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, for business losses if you buy as a consumer, or for any loss caused by using a product in breach of the law or of our lawful use policy. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
10. Business customers
If you buy for a business, our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order, to the extent the law allows. Any terms agreed in a written quote apply in addition to these terms, and take priority where they differ.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of [country: to confirm]. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in the courts there. Please contact us first at support@redkitlabs.com; most problems can be solved quickly by email.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one shown on the site when you placed it.
