A small number of products are sold only to verified organisations, such as companies doing security testing, government agencies, police forces and universities. These products are useful for professional work and carry a higher risk of misuse.
How to tell if a product is restricted
A restricted product says so on its product page, next to the price. You can still add it to your cart, but we will not ship it until your organisation is verified.
What we ask for
To verify an organisation we ask for:
- the organisation’s full name, address and website,
- a work email address on the organisation’s own domain,
- your name and job title, and
- a short description of how the product will be used.
Government and law enforcement buyers can send an official purchase order instead.
How long it takes
Once we have the details above, we aim to reply within one business day. If we cannot verify the organisation, we cancel the order and refund the payment in full.
