Copies of popular security tools are common. Some look identical to the original but use cheaper parts, run old or modified firmware, or fail early. Some cannot be updated or are not covered by the maker’s warranty or support.
Our commitment
- We buy branded products directly from the manufacturer or from its authorised distributors.
- We do not sell clones, copies or “compatible” versions of branded products under the original brand’s name.
- Where a product is a generic item, such as blank RFID cards and tags, we say so on the product page and do not present it as a branded product.
- Products are sold new and in the manufacturer’s packaging, unless the product page clearly says otherwise.
Manufacturer support and warranty
Because our branded products come from the maker or its authorised channel, they qualify for the manufacturer’s own warranty, firmware updates and documentation. See returns and warranty for how to make a warranty claim.
If you think you received a copy
Email support@redkitlabs.com with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. If a product we sold you is not genuine, we will refund it in full, including return shipping.
