Beschrijving

The Magic NTAG 21x / NTAG I2C / MIFARE Ultralight EV1 Compatible Tag is a programmable NFC card for authorised security testing, interoperability research and classroom work. It can be configured to represent selected NTAG and MIFARE Ultralight EV1 tag types, helping security teams assess readers and workflows they own or have explicit permission to test.

  • Limited emulation does not reproduce counter and tearing behaviour exactly as the original chipset.

Compatibility and setup

Programming is recommended with a Proxmark 3. The published setup guidance uses the Proxmark client and its mfu_magic.lua script. Flipper Zero, Android and iOS devices can interact with a configured card, while Proxmark and iCopy-X support programming functions. LibNFC can configure the card using raw commands, and ChameleonUltra can interact with a configured card. Reader and software behaviour can vary by configuration.
