Description

The Hak5 O.MG Cable Programmer USB A+C provides the setup interface for compatible O.MG devices used in authorised penetration tests, security research and education. It enables activation, firmware updates and recovery through a desktop web browser, while supporting configuration of compatible O.MG hardware.

Compatibility and setup

Connect the programmer to a host computer, then connect the compatible O.MG device to the programmer. Hak5 states that its WebFlasher works with WebSerial-capable browsers such as Chrome and Edge, with an alternative Python flasher also available. The programmer is required for initial activation and can be used for firmware maintenance and recovery.
