Descripción
The OpenSource SDR PortaPack H4M Pro combines a HackRF Pro platform with a portable PortaPack interface for authorised RF research and security assessment. It can receive, transmit, capture, replay and scan signals using its integrated controls, display and Mayhem firmware. Use it only with signals and systems you are permitted to test.
Key features
- Standalone operation: integrated touchscreen, speaker, microphone, navigation controls and battery support use without a connected computer.
- RF analysis: spectrum monitoring, signal detection, frequency scanning, raw signal capture and replay functions.
- Mayhem firmware: supports a range of applications for signal analysis and experimentation, including key-fob demodulation, ADS-B, AIS and Bluetooth-related functions.
- Portable design: the HackRF Pro and PortaPack are assembled in an injection-moulded ABS case.
- Storage and expansion: microSD storage and a GPIO port support data handling and compatible add-ons.
- Power: uses a user-replaceable 18650 rechargeable lithium-ion battery.

Compatibility and setup
The unit is supplied as an assembled standalone device with Mayhem firmware. The Mayhem project provides firmware for HackRF and PortaPack devices, with microSD support for applications and data. Firmware and files should match the H4M Pro hardware revision.
Buying in the UK and EU
RedKit Labs displays prices in GBP, EUR and USD, with VAT handled at checkout. Transmitting is regulated under national radio rules and licence-exempt band conditions, so UK and EU buyers should check the applicable requirements before transmission; receiving and analysing signals is the common lawful use.
